If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Jimmy Ryan Sports, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Freight charges or shipping fees are non-refundable.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange of the item. Below, you’ll find the information you need to complete for a successful return of your purchase.
Our 30-Day Return Policy allows you to return any damaged or defective items for a full refund or exchanged for another one with shipping covered by Jimmy Ryan Sports (only to 48 Continental United States). We will also accept returns and exchanges on non-defective merchandise (excluding Parts) within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days from the date of delivery. To request a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with a return, please contact us.
- All products must be new with the original retail packaging and in the same condition received to be eligible for a full refund
- Freight charges or shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We will process a refund after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing may take 3 to 5 business days.
- A restocking fee will be applied if returned item is without its original packaging, in a damaged box, missing items or is in unsatisfactory condition. Jimmy Ryan Sports reserves the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a 15% restocking fee of the original price of the product.
- Non-defective parts or product replacements are ineligible for return or exchange. If you have any questions, please contact our customer services.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to cancel orders that are marked as shipped for free of charge after a certain point (typically within 24 hours). We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be NOT be charged any cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
- Orders that are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

If your purchase arrived damaged or defective, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. Just reach out to us with a photo or video of the defect within 14 days of the product's delivery date. Products that are returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We require physical evidence for these requests, so please include this information in your initial email to help expedite the process.
