If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Jimmy Ryan Sports, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Freight charges or shipping fees are non-refundable.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange of the item. Below, you’ll find the information you need to complete for a successful return of your purchase.
Our 30-Day Return Policy allows you to return any damaged or defective items for a full refund or exchanged for another one with shipping covered by Jimmy Ryan Sports (only to 48 Continental United States). We will also accept returns and exchanges on non-defective merchandise (excluding Parts) within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days from the date of delivery. To request a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with a return, please contact us.
All products must be new with the original retail packaging and in the same condition received to be eligible for a full refund
Freight charges or shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will process a refund after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing may take 3 to 5 business days.
A restocking fee will be applied if returned item is without its original packaging, in a damaged box, missing items or is in unsatisfactory condition. Jimmy Ryan Sports reserves the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a 15% restocking fee of the original price of the product.
Non-defective parts or product replacements are ineligible for return or exchange. If you have any questions, please contact our customer services.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to cancel orders that are marked as shipped for free of charge after a certain point (typically within 24 hours). We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be NOT be charged any cancellation fee.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
Orders that are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Product Arrived Damaged or Defective
If your purchase arrived damaged or defective, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. Just reach out to us with a photo or video of the defect within 14 days of the product's delivery date. Products that are returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We require physical evidence for these requests, so please include this information in your initial email to help expedite the process.
Paddle Boards Warranty
We take a lot of pride in building quality paddle boards and paddle board accessories for our customers at Jimmy Ryan Sports. We don't take any shortcuts on the quality of our stand up paddle boards and paddle board accessories, and we don't take any shortcuts when it comes to customer service. As a direct to consumer paddle board brand, we have a direct relationship with every customer that purchases paddle boards from us. We get feedback directly from customers on a daily basis and we integrate that into our product development process and our paddle board customer service.
We want every customer of ours to be so happy with their paddle boards purchase that they tell all their friends. If for any reason a Jimmy Ryan Sports paddle board product does not meet your standards and/or if you feel it is defective, you may be covered by the below product warranty. We do not extend warranties to resold paddle boards. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty benefits.
Inflatable Paddle Boards - 1 Year Warranty
We have a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty on our inflatable paddle boards from the date of purchase. This excludes stand up paddle boarding accessories if you purchased the The 'Martini' set (i.e. paddle and pump). The 1 year warranty covers any abnormal defect in workmanship or materials that occurs within the warranty period. This does not include normal wear and tear or any issues that arise due to negligence. Negligence may include, but is not limited to, damage due to prolonged sun exposure, damage or breakage due to occurrences outside of our control, damage due to improper inflation (say you use an high-pressure air compressor to rapidly inflate your inflatable paddle board, which can cause damage), or damage due to salt water corrosion.
In the event an issue covered under our inflatable paddle boards warranty occurs, we reserve the right to either have the product repaired or send an equivalent replacement product at no cost to you.
SUP Paddles and Paddleboard Accessories - No Warranty
We have a 30 day return policy for SUP paddles and paddleboard accessories, however there is no warranty on these products.
